Gastro-Health

Gastro-Health reframes food recommendation around health context. Instead of treating recommendation as a purely preference-based problem, we consider gastrointestinal awareness and structured food knowledge. This project fits a broader food AI research agenda I care about: representing nutrition, ingredients, user constraints, and health signals so intelligent systems can support more useful and responsible food decisions.
